OK2Enter is designed to confirm an age threshold without collecting the identity document behind it.

What we keep

Event details, a guest-selected door name when needed, the required threshold, a normalized verification outcome and method, ticket state, admission time, and minimal audit actions.

What we do not keep

Birth date, exact age, government document number, portrait, selfie, address, document image, or raw Wallet identity response after processing.

Physical ID

If Wallet verification is unavailable, a host may inspect a physical document at entry. OK2Enter records only approval or rejection; it does not photograph or upload the document.

Retention and deletion

Guests can delete an RSVP and pass using their invitation-scoped session. An operational retention job removes guest, verification, pass, and session records 30 days after an event. Final periods still require legal review before production.
